The Spanish arch is positioned on the left bank of the Corrib River, and is one of Galway’s historical gems, dating back to pre-medieval times. The Dough Bros started out as street food truck in Galway in June 2013, serving authentic wood fired pizza at markets, events and private parties. On July 02nd 2014 they opened a pop up restaurant which was so successful they now have a permanent restaurant in Galway serving the BEST pizza’s by a friendly bunch of people.
